This leader is also the category expert for the rest of Technimark, partnering with account managers and sales leaders to bring blow molding capabilities to existing customers with blow molding needs. Working closely with the Technimark team, including engineering, operations, quality, tooling, automation, and supply chain, the role serves as the "Voice of the Customer," ensuring expectations are clearly understood and delivered while driving profitable, long-term growth.
As blow molding grows within Technimark, this role offers the opportunity to further expand into broader leadership of the category, including building out a team.
- Develop and execute Technimark's global business development strategy for blow molding by identifying and securing new customers across healthcare, consumer, packaging, and industrial markets, with a focus on programs that leverage Technimark's turnkey resources, from design through commercialization, and our global manufacturing platform.
- Serve as Technimark's blow molding category expert, partnering with account managers and sales leaders to introduce blow molding capabilities to existing customers with blow molding needs.
- Develop annual and multi-year business development plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies for the blow molding segment.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Build long-term partnerships focused on value, innovation, and customer satisfaction, establishing strategic relationships across customer organizations.
- Act as the primary commercial contact for blow molding programs, working with account managers to address commercial issues and strategic account needs.
- Translate customer requirements into complete commercial and technical solutions, working with engineering, operations, quality, tooling, and automation.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
- Support customer product development from concept through commercialization.
- Drive commercialization of new blow molding technologies and innovations across targeted markets.
- Position Technimark as a preferred global manufacturing partner in blow molding.
