Full Job Description
MinIO is building the data layer for agentic AI - and min.io is where that story gets proven in the market. We're looking for a Digital Experience Manager to own the full digital experience on min.io: the builds, the UX, the conversion performance, the conversational marketing layer, and the technical infrastructure that makes buyers find us and convert.
This role takes end-to-end ownership of the main website to convert engineers, architects, and data platform leaders into pipeline. This is a hands-on role. You design, build, test, and optimize; owning the tool, the framework, and the output.
What You Will Do:
Core Website
User flow optimization and on-site UX: navigation, conversion paths, internal linking, and the overall experience from entry point to conversion action
Manage relationship with brand and development team to design and build core Webflow pages
Design system stewardship: maintain visual and component consistency across the site as brand direction evolves, in partnership with brand
Technical SEO and site health: monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals, crawl health, indexing, and page-level technical hygiene
GA4 and GTM tracking accuracy: own event setup, filter configuration, and troubleshooting of tracking gaps site-wide
Content ownership map: maintain the DRI/Approver structure across the site's 265+ pages and keep inventory current as sections evolve
Core site A/B and multivariate experimentation: define hypotheses, run tests, read results, and translate findings into a prioritized roadmap
Conversational Marketing
Own the overall playbook framework, tool governance, and evergreen plays for the site's conversational marketing layer
Own and maintain technical setup and site integration of the conversational marketing tool: content, routing rules, and visitor targeting logic
Own chat performance reporting: conversation rates, meetings influenced, pipeline attribution
Partner with the Growth Marketing team on campaign-specific play coordination
AI Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
Own the technical execution layer of AEO: structured data implementation, schema markup, and content formatting to improve brand visibility in AI-generated search answers
Improve AI search presence monitoring and reporting with marketing leadership
Your Skills and Experience:
5-8+ years in a digital experience, web management, or CRO role, ideally at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure/dev-tools company where the buyer is technical
Hands-on CMS expertise: you build in the tool, not just brief others. Webflow experience preferred.
Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and technical SEO and AEO: you can diagnose a tracking gap, fix a filter misconfiguration, and troubleshoot a Core Web Vitals issue without escalating it
Strong design sensibility and ability to work within an established brand system while advocating for UX improvements
Familiarity with conversational marketing tools and chat playbook logic: routing rules, visitor targeting, qualifying flows
Self-starter mentality with comfort operating with significant autonomy in a lean marketing org
