What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, and dimensional data models.

• Build and maintain secure, scalable data ingestion and integration pipelines to support enterprise analytics and reporting needs.

• Develop and support ETL/ELT processes leveraging modern data engineering tools and platforms.

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions and enable data-driven decision making.

• Create and support reports, dashboards, and semantic data layers that provide actionable business insights.

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

• THREE (3) or more years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and techniques to enhance data engineering and analytics capabilities, including:

  • Data modeling acceleration

  • SEMOSS (Semantic Open Source Software)

  • Anomaly detection and monitoring

  • Automated pipeline development and optimization

  • AI-assisted analytics and reporting

  • Machine learning and predictive analytics concepts

• Experience supporting cloud-based data and analytics environments.

• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data platform automation.
