Full Job Description
Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Site Continuous Improvement Leader who will drive a steady pipeline of business process improvement initiatives that directly support the site's strategic and tactical objectives. This role ensures that Regal Business System (RBS) tools and standards are fully understood, effectively implemented, and consistently delivering the intended results.

As the Sr. Site Continuous Improvement Leader, you will lead, influence, train, and elevate the site's maturity in applying the RBS. In close partnership with the Plant Manager and the site leadership team, you will help prioritize and focus efforts across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth (SQDCG). Your leadership will contribute to achieving financial performance that exceeds stakeholder expectations and supports profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the organization in achieving SQDCG and financial objectives through effective application of Regal Business System (RBS) tools and methodologies that drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the leadership team to understand current business objectives and financial targets, develop a vision for the site's future operational and growth needs, and implement plans to achieve those outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by partnering with functional, business, and site leaders to assess existing processes, identify process or performance gaps, and uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and implement process improvements across the value stream to drive SQDCG performance using Lean concepts, including 5S, flow, standard work, point-of-use tools and materials, visual management, visual factory, single-piece flow, replenishment systems, transactional process improvements, defect reduction, and effective daily management.
  • Manage a robust RBS review process for selecting, scoping, and prioritizing improvement initiatives (e.g., Policy Deployment, CI Roadmap, Kaizens, Projects, and CI Talent) to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Coach, mentor, and train site and functional team members on continuous improvement methods, leveraging subject matter expertise to build organizational capability.
  • Demonstrate and foster a positive, solution-oriented mindset in the face of challenges, helping teams align around effective problem-solving.
  • Act as a key resource and coach for process improvement and RBS deployment across the business, championing a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Energize and engage the organization to advance long-term improvement initiatives while meeting current business performance requirements, balancing strategic direction with tactical execution.
  • Collaborate as a member of the leadership team to develop and communicate a future vision for the business and inspire broad organizational followership to advance transformation toward the desired future state.
  • Analyze SQDCG and financial metrics, along with operational processes, to develop impactful improvement strategies that drive performance.
  • Identify, coach, and engage talent across the organization to apply RBS continuous improvement tools and methodologies, supporting both professional development and improved operational outcomes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, science, math or technical area related field. Industrial Engineering preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with the Danaher Business System (DBS) or in mixed-model, low-volume/high-mix production environments.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent expertise).
  • Ability to implement and measure site CI performance, KPIs and savings.
  • Experience with various lean maturity models.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and draw sound conclusions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong desire to be present on the plant floor and work directly with employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach employees on effective standards, best practices, and structured problem-solving methods, including 5 Why analysis.
  • Influence without authority and familiar with various change management methodologies, Kotter's 8-Step Process, Prosci ADKAR Model
  • Ability to actively participate in team-oriented processes, influence engagement, be a change agent, and drive teams toward solutions and decisions.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Expected Base Salary Range: $100,000 to $135,000

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
