Description
Senior Business Technology & AI Enablement Specialist to help us transform how our employees use technology.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about AI, automation, Microsoft 365, and business process improvement and wants to have a meaningful impact across an entire organization.
You won't simply be responsible for training people on software. You'll help us identify opportunities, evaluate technology,
build solutions, implement them, and teach employees how to use them effectively.Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys taking a business problem and asking:

What You'll Focus On1) AI & Automation - Your Primary FocusAI will be at the center of this role.
You'll help us move beyond simply experimenting with AI and begin using it to
meaningfully improve how work gets done.
- Identify opportunities where AI can eliminate repetitive or manual work.
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
- Become a subject matter expert on practical AI applications for the business.
- Help employees use Microsoft Copilot effectively.
- Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Asana AI, and other AI platforms as appropriate.
- Build AI-enabled workflows using Power Automate.
- Explore new AI technologies and determine where they can provide value.
- Develop reusable AI workflows, prompts, and best practices.
- Train employees and teams on solutions you implement.
- Measure the productivity and business impact of AI initiatives.
We intentionally aren't limiting this role to a specific list of AI platforms.
Technology is changing rapidly, and you'll help us determine which tools make the most sense for each business need.2) Microsoft 365 Enablement & OptimizationYou'll help us maximize our investment in Microsoft 365 and establish effective, modern ways of working across the organization.

You'll help employees and managers understand
which tools to use, when to use them, and how to use them effectively.- Help teams design effective Teams and channel structures.
- Help departments organize information effectively using SharePoint.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes.
- Develop practical Microsoft 365 best practices.
- Train employees and managers.
- Identify underutilized capabilities within our existing technology.
- Evaluate new Microsoft capabilities and determine where they can provide value.
3) Asana Enablement & OptimizationAsana is an important part of how we manage work across the organization, and you'll help us maximize its value.
- Develop effective Asana workflows and best practices.
- Create templates and automations.
- Improve project visibility and collaboration.
- Help managers use Asana effectively.
- Support Asana AI capabilities, including AI Studio and AI Teammates.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows across teams.
- Train employees and managers.
- Help establish consistent approaches to using Asana.
Prior Asana experience is helpful but not required. We can teach you the platform. We're much more interested in your ability to understand technology, solve problems, and help people work better.
Business Process ImprovementTechnology is only valuable when it improves the way people work.
You'll work with employees and managers to understand business processes and identify opportunities to improve them.
A department may come to you with a time-consuming process, and you'll determine whether the best solution involves:
AI, Automation, Microsoft 365, Asana, Existing Software, Integration, Custom DevelopmentYou'll then build the solution when appropriate or collaborate with our Software Development team when a more complex solution is required.
You'll have the opportunity to influence processes across the entire organization-not just within IT.
Technology Office Hours & Employee CoachingYou'll establish recurring
Technology Office Hours where employees can receive hands-on help with technology and productivity.
You might help someone:
- Build a Power Automate workflow.
- Get more value from Copilot.
- Improve their Asana workflow.
- Organize their Teams or SharePoint environment.
- Automate a repetitive task.
- Find a better way to accomplish something they're doing manually.
- Learn how to use a technology they've been underutilizing.
The goal is not simply to solve someone's immediate problem. It's to
help employees become better and more confident technology users.Requirements
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who combines
technical ability, business understanding, creativity, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of professional experience working extensively with Microsoft 365.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint
- Power Automate
- Microsoft Copilot
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Lists
- Forms
- Planner or similar Microsoft productivity tools
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying Power Automate workflows.
- Experience helping business users adopt and effectively use technology.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflow improvement.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical employees.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
- Willingness to periodically travel to company locations.
Preferred Qualifications- Microsoft 365 or Power Platform certifications.
- Power Apps experience.
- Power BI familiarity.
- Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI platforms.
- Experience building AI-powered business solutions.
- Experience with Asana or another work-management platform.
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation.
- Experience with APIs or system integrations.
- Experience with organizational change management.
Oil & gas experience is not required.
