Responsibilities- Analyze sales performance and prepare business performance reports.
- Support the development of business plans and monitor progress against planned goals and targets.
- Monitor and manage the KAM1 team's budget, including budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Provide back-office support to the Sales and Operations teams under KAM, including coordinating business-related requests and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
- Manage business schedules and meeting calendars for the KAM1 team.
Qualifications- 6-10 years of relevant professional experience in business planning, logistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of the logistics industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business and sales data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong reporting, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
PayThe base salary range for this role is between $75,000-$90,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
