SALARY: $106,400-$126,350, bonus and long-term incentive eligible


ROLE SUMMARY:
As a key role on the ABI Sales and Ops team, the Branch Manager will translate overall AB ONE initiatives and develop specific plans and targets. This role is responsible for owning the Sales and Operations strategy for our Medford territory. This broad leadership role encompasses Sales, Logistics, Customer Service and Marketing equipment.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, coach, and develop District Sales Managers (DSMs) and Sales Representatives to achieve KPIs; conduct ride-withs and team-selling activities as required
  • Manage and develop a team of Territory Managers, Sales Representatives, Shelf Set Coordinators, Operations Supervisors, Merchandisers, and Drivers
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to growing sales, market share, and MACO with the assigned geographic area
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and performance objectives
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales-related KPIs to drive accountability and performance
  • Participate in monthly business reviews to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements in key metrics and retail execution.
  • Align wholesaler priorities and ensure compliance with WEA and AOE performance standards
  • Develop and execute Impact Selling programs to drive key volume and distribution objectives
  • Play an active role in the pricing strategy and execution to deliver profitable sales and volume growth
  • Oversee PTR / PTC initiatives and proactively identify, communicate and address opportunities and challenges
  • Establish and monitor quality control standards including product freshness and finished product loss management
  • Build relationships with local chain buyers to develop and execute retail chain programs
  • Champion and reinforce our “Warehouse-to-Shelf” philosophy across Drivers, Merchandisers and Sales members
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, Wholesaler Equity Agreement guidelines, and Anheuser-Busch policies and standards
  • Respond to, investigate, and resolve retailer inquiries and concernsin a timely and professional manner
  • Manage expenses for assigned area of responsibility

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred
  • Four or more years of Anheuser-Busch In-Bev (ABI) experience in Field Sales, including leadership and management responsibilities
  • Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate field and wholesaler teams to grow market share, drive volume and achieve KPI targets
  • Ability to develop strategic direction, translate business objectives into actionable plans, and deliver results
  • Strong understanding of ABI sales and marketing strategies, processes, sales tools and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify performance gaps, develop solutions, and communicate clear action plans
  • Strong planning, forecasting, and pricing capabilities
  • Effective communication, organizational, administrative and follow-through skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience utilizing digital sales tools and knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems
  • Experience in operations and logistics management
  • CPG experience preferred, including key account management, high-level selling, category management, and strong financial acumen
