We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to design, develop, and optimize automated systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency and product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies, scripting, and control systems, with a proven ability to lead automation projects from concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation systems, tools, and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automated equipment and systems.
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and technical specifications.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
