Full Job Description
Senior Analyst to join its Treasury team. This role is well-suited for a highly analytical, results-oriented professional with experience supporting cash, liquidity and debt management in a dynamic, fast paced, intensive environment.

Reporting to the Director of Treasury, the Senior Analyst will support daily treasury operations and capital markets initiatives across a diversified U.S real estate portfolio. The role provides broad exposure to cash management, real estate financing, and related functions, working closely with leadership and cross-functional partners across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain daily cash and liquidity reporting, including short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting.
  • Manage daily payment activity, including wire and ACH processing, positive pay administration, and preparation of supporting documentation for accounting team.
  • Support the daily analysis and execution of cash optimization and short-term investment strategies.
  • Work with Banking and other partners in managing daily functions including administration, new service setup / changes, Know Your Customer (KYC) matters and ongoing issue resolution.
  • Manage external and intercompany borrowings within the standalone debt management software, including new debt issuances, maturities, and roll-over transactions.
  • Contribute to treasury process improvement initiatives, including enhancements to controls, reporting, and system workflows.
  • Partner with the Capital Markets & Business Affairs team in a supporting role when required, as backup to the Senior Financial Analyst for related debt financing activities, including real estate underwriting and financial analysis, debt reporting and tenant bankruptcy monitoring.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for treasury and capital markets leadership.
  • Develop and enhance treasury reporting tools and dashboards, evaluating existing systems for scalability and future-state improvements.
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned by the Treasury leadership team.
  • Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders including Legal, Tax, Accounting and Finance, and Lease Administration management teams and external partners such as banks, lenders, and 3rd party software vendors.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in financial analysis within treasury, or a related discipline. Commercial real estate experience preferred, but not required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, complex formulas and functions, pivot tables, and large-data analysis.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to make sound, data-driven recommendations.
  • Foundational understanding of cash and liquidity, and debt management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly to Treasury and Capital Markets team.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven Corporate environment.
  • Interest in leveraging technology and process enhancements to improve treasury efficiency and controls.


Compensation

Exempt

$92,000 - $105,000 per year + Discretionary Annual Bonus
