Opportunity Overview:We're seeking a technically skilled and process-oriented Sr. Analyst to serve as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for Teradyne's ERP and cloud-based planning tools within Corporate FP&A. As Teradyne embarks on a significant ERP and planning system migration, this role is critical to ensuring a successful go-live, a clean stabilization period, and a future state where automation and system capability replace manual, Excel-based workflows across the FP&A function.
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate FP&A, you will own system administration and configuration, govern data quality and integrity, bridge business requirements to IT, and lead UAT through go-live sign-off. In steady state, your mandate evolves into continuous improvement, advanced scenario architecture, and driving AI and automation enablement across FP&A workflows. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of Teradyne's Finance transformation.
**Teradyne is not considering candidates who require sponsorship for this position. **We are only considering candidates local to the position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.Key Responsibilities- Serve as system administrator and configuration owner for Teradyne's cloud-based FP&A planning tool, maintaining system integrity across all planning cycles.
- Manage forecast workflows, scenario architecture, and assumption tables - including merit, fringe, tax, and G&A allocation percentages - ensuring accuracy and version control across the planning cycle.
- Bridge business requirements to IT; own UAT test scripts, release testing, and go-live sign-off for the ERP and planning tool migration.
- Govern data quality across FP&A systems: own Essbase/ERP load reconciliations, audit trails, and data integrity controls to ensure a single source of truth.
- Train and support all FP&A users on planning tool functionality; maintain access permissions and user governance.
- Post-migration: drive continuous improvement initiatives, automate manual Excel-based tasks, and support advanced scenario builds across the Corporate FP&A and G&A teams.
- Maintain SOX control documentation for planning tool access and data integrity, ensuring audit-ready records at all times.
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Corporate FP&A, and G&A teams to streamline financial workflows and advance the automation roadmap.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- Master's degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial systems, or a hybrid finance/technology role, ideally in a corporate or public company environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and cloud-based planning tools; experience with Oracle, Hyperion/Essbase, EPM, Anaplan, or equivalent platforms strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes - including forecast workflows, close cycles, allocations, and workforce planning - with the ability to translate business requirements into system configuration.
- Experience owning or supporting UAT, system migrations, or go-live readiness in a Finance or IT context a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to govern data quality, manage audit trails, and maintain SOX-compliant controls in a planning or ERP environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables, operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and communicate technical concepts clearly to Finance stakeholders.
- Experience with AI tools, automation, and process improvement initiatives a plus.
Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $109,000-174,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
