WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN- Build and maintain Power BI (or equivalent) dashboards for spend, savings, supplier performance, and category KPIs, establishing refresh cadence and data-quality controls.
- Own and steward spend classification and taxonomy so category and leadership views are consistent and trustworthy.
- Analyze spend to surface consolidation, tail-spend, and cost-savings opportunities, and support category strategy with market, benchmarking, and TCO data.
- Assist Category Managers in developing should-cost and cost-model inputs that strengthen negotiations and value engineering.
- Own the savings tracker, reconcile with Finance for validated savings, and report against annual goals.
- Produce and distribute supplier performance scorecards on a standardized metric set and cadence.
- Partner with IT and Finance on data pipelines and integrity, and document methods and definitions.
- Train category teams on self-service analytics so insight scales beyond the COE.
WHAT YOU BRING- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data/Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in procurement/spend analytics or data analytics.
- Advanced Excel and strong data-visualization skills (Power BI or Tableau), with comfort working with ERP spend data (SAP or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of spend classification, TCO/should-cost, and savings methodology.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
WHAT SETS YOU APART- Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or a spend-analytics platform (e.g., SpendHQ); Python or scripting for data prep.
- Industrial-manufacturing spend experience across direct and indirect categories.
