Requirements
Current NYS Speech-Language Pathology license and registration
Applicable NYS school certification (TSSLD/TSHH)
Age-appropriate experience
Ability to provide services in English
Mandatory Clearance Information
All providers must be cleared through the NYCPS Office of Related Services (ORS) before starting
Required submission items include: resume, NYS licenses/registrations, applicable certifications, availability, and provider SSN - submitted via an approved secure collection process only (never in resumes or free-text notes)
Provider applications will be coordinated directly with ORS
No start date permitted before ORS clearance and RSA authorization are obtained
