Job DescriptionPosition Overview Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) -
Responsibilities: - Conduct patient assessments and evaluate speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapy services in patients' homes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
Qualifications: - Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the applicable state.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
