Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
Member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
Recent experience in acute/rehab or community rehabilitation preferred
Reliable and flexible with creative problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of community resources is advantageous
Effective interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to evaluate client needs

Requirements
A graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathologists and are a member in good standing with the College of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist of Ontario
Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
A positive work and attendance record is essential
Ability to adapt to new computer applications
This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
