Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or equivalent.
• CCC certification and State of MD licensure required.
• Strong diagnostic evaluation and report writing skills essential.
• Experience with early childhood and school-age populations preferred.
• Expertise in autism, motor speech disorders, AAC, feeding therapy, or multilingual intervention a plus.
• Availability for some late afternoons/early evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic services for children with communication challenges.
• Deliver therapeutic services focusing on speech, language, and pragmatic skills.
• Evaluate and document therapy progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with staff and families to develop treatment plans.
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to individual child's needs.
