Experienced clinicians and graduates beginning their Clinical Fellowship Year are welcome. You'll provide care that helps residents communicate their needs, navigate cognitive challenges, and address swallowing difficulties.
What You'll Do- Assess residents' abilities and identify priorities for treatment
- Provide individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy
- Teach strategies residents and care staff can use during daily routines
- Review progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Document services and coordinate recommendations with the interdisciplinary team
