LTC Therapy Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation. You'll support residents in a skilled nursing setting with care that helps them express their needs, use cognitive strategies, and manage swallowing difficulties.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate speech, language, cognition, and swallowing function
  • Establish individualized goals and provide treatment based on residents' needs
  • Teach communication and memory strategies that support daily routines
  • Coordinate swallowing recommendations with nursing and the care team
  • Reassess progress and maintain timely clinical documentation
