Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in Taunton, MA. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy while helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.
What You'll Do- Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
- Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
- Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team

Qualifications- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
