You'll work with residents whose communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs affect their daily lives, helping them make progress toward goals that matter to them.
What You'll Do- Evaluate speech, language, cognition, and swallowing needs
- Develop and provide treatment tailored to each resident
- Educate residents, families, and care team members on helpful strategies
- Document progress and update treatment plans as needed
