Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Up to $45 an hour + incentive bonuses

Pediatric Partners is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative, mission-driven pediatric team in Thief River Falls, MN. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, this is an opportunity to grow your skills while helping children reach their fullest potential. As a Pediatric SLP, you will support children with a wide range of needs including medically complex, developmental, and communication challenges by improving speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills to promote independence and quality of life.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain skilled documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, discharge summaries)
  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support therapy carryover at home and in natural environments
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
  • We evaluate the child's home, school, and daycare environments and suggest strategies to improve participation.
  • Recommend and train families on AAC devices and assistive technology as appropriate
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, holistic care
  • Manage a pediatric caseload, coordinate scheduling, and maintain open family communication
  • Complete, accurate billing and documentation aligned with services provided
