Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Clinical Fellow (CF)

Location: Texas

Job Type: Full-Time Contract (School Year)

Shift: Day | 5 x 7.5-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Work Setting: Onsite – Elementary School or High School

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to join our school-based team for a full school-year contract. This is a fully onsite opportunity supporting students at the elementary or high school level in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Our district is committed to maintaining manageable caseloads, balanced workloads, and providing strong clinical support. Elementary campuses are staffed with 2–3 SLPs, ensuring a team-based approach to student care and professional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or currently in the process of obtaining Texas licensure
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply; supervision and mentorship will be provided
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to commit to a full school-year contract
  • Must be able to work onsite (no hybrid or remote opportunities available)
