- Create and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Partner with clients and families on goals, strategies, and progress.
- Collaborate with the care team to provide coordinated support.
- Maintain timely, accurate electronic documentation.
- Follow applicable licensing, legal, and professional standards.
What You'll Bring- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license or applicable temporary license.
- Strong assessment, treatment, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- One year of speech-language pathology experience preferred.
- Polish or Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
