🗣 What You'll Do
❤ Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
🧠 Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize independence and quality of life.
🥄 Assess and treat swallowing disorders to help residents eat and drink safely.
🤝 Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to provide exceptional resident-centered care.
📝 Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

🎓 What You'll Bring
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license
• CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!)
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus-but not required!
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others thrive.
