Responsibilities

Full Job Description
Come join us as an SLP at Soar Autism Center! Soar is building a network of clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning tailored to each unique child and family.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as an on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists).
  • Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including co-treatments with the occupational therapy team.
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey.

Qualifications:

  • Desire to be a part of an organization working to advance the standard of autism therapy
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • License to practice speech pathology.
  • Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs.
  • Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams.
  • Ability to connect and engage with young children.
