- Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
- Location: Lakewood Health System
- Position type: Full-time, benefited, 0.80 FTE
- Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 32 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
- Settings: This position will provide care in a 50/50 split between Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) and Home Health, offering the opportunity to work across a variety of patient populations and care settings.

Requirements
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders program. They must have, or be eligible for, SLP licensing in Minnesota. CFY candidates are welcome to apply!
Salary Description
$33.00-$46.00/hour
