School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Port Orchard, WA | [redacted] School Year | Up to $75/hour

Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time school-based positions in Port Orchard, WA for the [redacted] school year! Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details:
  • In-person, school-based role
  • Full-time position; K-12 caseload; 1.0 FTE 37.5 hours per week
  • Start in August 2026 for the upcoming school year
  • Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
  • Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
  • Collaborate with school special education teams


Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
