About the Role

Hello, Speech Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a school setting in Dallas, GA. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by administering evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, providing speech and language services, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teams to support student outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to assigned students

  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and data
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations

  • Support a range of student communication needs across school settings
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success


What We're Looking For

  • Active (or eligible) Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license or appropriate PCE provisional license
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited college or university
  • Active (or eligible) Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) certification, as required for the school-based assignment
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • School-based experience preferred, not required
