Full Job Description
Looking for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy and assessments while paired with an administrative role as a Lead in the Speech Therapy Department. We welcome candidates who offer strong leadership skills, experience with supervision and mentorship, effective communication and problem-solving abilities and the desire to collaborate with our team to develop innovative ideas and exceptional care. Previous experience in pediatrics is preferred. Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.

Therapist responsibilities include:
  • Assessing patients to diagnose the nature and extent of impairment and analyzes speech, language, and oral motor skills
  • Developing therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders
  • Implementing standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders
  • Establishing treatment goals and offering home programs to support families
  • Collaborating with OT's & PT's to ensure consistency among disciplines of treatment
  • Supervision of SLPA's, CF's
