Pay: $80,000 - $92,500 + 50% bonus opportunity.

Operating much like a General Manager, you'll oversee our core specialty pillars: janitorial, pressure washing, construction cleanup, and floor care. Supported by an upcoming Specialty Subcontracting Manager, you will:
Drive Market Expansion: Strategically expand our footprint, scale operations, and build robust client relationships to propel this Operations Manager role forward.
Lead Project Execution: Ensure flawless delivery of complex projects, working heavily with our vital subcontractor partnerships as a dedicated Branch Manager.
Master Financial Oversight: Manage branch financials, track exact project costs, and maintain healthy gross margins to achieve year-to-date net profit goals.
