Role description Job Summary Seeking an experienced Accessibility Testing Specialist to ensure software products meet accessibility standards and provide an inclusive user experience Job Description Lead the design and execution of comprehensive accessibility testing strategies for web and mobile applications Evaluate applications against accessibility standards such as WCAG Section 508 and ADA compliance Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers UX designers and product managers to integrate accessibility best practices Utilize automated and manual testing tools to identify accessibility issues and recommend solutions Stay updated with the latest trends tools and regulations in accessibility testing to continuously enhance testing processes Document accessibility test cases results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders Advocate for accessibility awareness and training within the organization to foster an inclusive development culture Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain accessibility testing frameworks and guidelines tailored to project needs Conduct audits and reviews of existing applications to identify and prioritize accessibility defects Provide expert guidance and support to development teams in remediating accessibility issues Participate in requirement analysis to ensure accessibility considerations are incorporated early in the development lifecycle Mentor junior testers and team members on accessibility standards and testing methodologies Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory accessibility requirements Track and report accessibility metrics and progress to management and stakeholders
