This position is responsible for leading change process from design to implementation. The Specialist applies a structured methodology and ensures large scale changes are implemented smoothly, with minimal disruption to business operations, while maximizing end-user adoption and utilization. This role focuses on the people impact of change which involves preparing and equipping people to adopt and use changes to support business processes, systems, job roles, and organization structures. This role provides guidance and direction to business line change practitioners, ensuring a consistent and aligned change strategy is applied.

Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate how change willaffect the organization, such as business processes, people and systems.
Build an effective strategy aligned with organizational goals and outlines how the change will achieve desired outcomes. This includes identifying stakeholders and determining the best approach to handle the transition.
Gain commitment from key stakeholders and communicates the vision and goals of the change clearly and consistently.
Create a tailored set of plans for moving people forward; Stakeholder, Communications, Training Plans, etc.
Identify potential resistance to change and develops strategies to prevent or address it at various levels.
Work with Leaders and People Managers to help them prepare and equip teams with the knowledge and skills they need to adopt change.
Track and report the progress of the change initiative and measures its effectiveness through feedback loops, surveys and other metrics, adjusting as needed.
Ensure change is embedded in the organization's culture and practices to last beyond the initial implementation phase.
Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key change communications through partnership with project leaders and sponsors.
Conduct impact analyses, assesses change readiness, creates change surveys, and provides recommendations to prepare audience for change.
Leverage data to identify change communications, assessments, and success measures; evaluate and ensure user readiness.
Provide input, document requirements, and supports the design and delivery of training programs that supports organizational change efforts.
Partner closely with support departments and business lines to prepare for, execute, and measure change efforts.
Create cohort of organization change practitioners to ensure aligned methodology, sharing of best practices, while strengthening overall change acumen.
Partner with L&D to identify and align change management education for Associates.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor27s degree or equivalent in communications, business, or related field required.
Minimum of 6 years of applicable experience required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the development and delivery of communications required.
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role required.
Change management certification or designation such as the Prosci certification preferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent active listing skills.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Excellent writing, presentation, and knowledge transfer skills.
Must have the ability and drive to balance multiple priorities and critical deadlines.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
