Job Description
Conduct detailed data analysis within the Banking and Financial Services BFS sector to support AntiMoney Laundering AML efforts Utilize Agile ValueDriven Delivery methodologies to enhance project outcomes and ensure alignment with business objectives Leverage Jira Service Desk for effective issue tracking service management and collaboration among teams Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks aligned with AML strategies and organizational goals Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather analyze and interpret complex datasets relevant to AML processes Identify trends risks and opportunities within AML and BFS contexts to drive datadriven decision making Support the design and implementation of solutions aimed at improving AML compliance and operational efficiency Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies through comprehensive analysis and documentation
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead endtoend business analysis activities for AMLrelated projects within the BFS domain
Define and document detailed business requirements workflows and process models in accordance with AML regulations and organizational goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical specifications
Provide expert guidance on business architecture principles to ensure scalable and cohesive solutions
Analyze existing business processes and data to identify gaps and recommend actionable improvements
Mentor and guide junior analysts fostering knowledge sharing within the AML business and data analysis community
Utilize Agile coaching techniques to facilitate valuedriven delivery and continuous improvement
Manage Jira Service Desk workflows to ensure efficient tracking and resolution of issues
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies through rigorous analysis and documentation
