Le Spécialiste Qualité est responsable d'assurer la qualité des processus et produits au Centre des Moteurs. Vous supporterez les activités de lignes d'assemblage et tests moteurs afin d'assurer la conformité aux requis qualité. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de plusieurs enquêtes qualité et vous soutiendrez les opérations dans l'amélioration des problèmes de qualité et de réduction du coût de la non-qualité.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

Dans un contexte axé sur les résultats, le travail d'équipe et l'amélioration continue, le Spécialiste Qualité est responsable d'assurer la qualité des processus et des produits au Centre des Moteurs. Il soutient les activités de la chaîne d'assemblage et de tests afin d'assurer la conformité aux requis de qualité.
  • Assurer un soutien administratif et technique en matière d'" intégrité du produit " pour toutes les activités de contrôle de la qualité liées à l'assemblage et aux tests.
  • Investiguer les processus et les produits non conformes (DAISE), identifier les causes racines et mettre en place des solutions afin d'éviter les récurrences.
  • Coordonner une équipe multidisciplinaire lors d'échappées qualité dans son secteur afin d'assurer la bonne prise en charge de la problématique et d'adresser les impacts sur les produits livrés.
  • Agir à titre de représentant/support qualité pour une ligne d'assemblage et de tests au sein du Centre des Moteurs.
  • Être responsable d'initiatives et de projets visant à réduire les coûts de non-qualité dans son secteur d'activités.
  • Maintenir un focus sur les processus et les résultats.
  • Être responsable d'initiatives d'amélioration continue.
  • Fournir des solutions nouvelles et créatives.
  • Mettre à profit ses compétences en gestion de projet.
  • Être responsable d'initiatives et de projets visant à réduire les coûts de non-qualité dans son secteur d'activités.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie, en génie industriel, en assurance qualité ou en génie manufacturier, avec 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente, ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience jugée équivalente.
  • Toute autre expérience pertinente en lien avec le poste sera considérée et évaluée.
  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office, notamment PowerPoint, Excel et Word, ainsi que de SAP.
  • Bonne connaissance des outils d'analyse statistique utilisés pour l'amélioration des produits et des processus.
  • Connaissance du processus de DIVE/DAISE (investigation).
  • Excellente capacité d'organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Autonomie et capacité à effectuer son travail avec un minimum de supervision.


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Why Join the Team?

As a Quality Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and products at the Engine Center. You will support assembly line and engine testing activities to ensure compliance with quality requirements. You will be responsible for managing several quality investigations and will support operations in improving quality issues and reducing the cost of non-quality.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

In a results-driven environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement, the Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and products at the Engine Center. The specialist supports assembly and testing activities to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Provide administrative and technical support related to product integrity for all quality control activities associated with assembly and testing.
  • Investigate non-conforming processes and products (DAISE), identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate a multidisciplinary team during quality escapes within their area to ensure proper management of the issue and address impacts on delivered products.
  • Act as the quality representative/support for an assembly and testing line within the Engine Center.
  • Lead initiatives and projects aimed at reducing the cost of poor quality within their area of responsibility.
  • Maintain a strong focus on processes and results.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Any other relevant experience related to the position will be considered and evaluated.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as SAP.
  • Good knowledge of statistical analysis tools used for product and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of the DIVE/DAISE investigation process.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
