About the Role:- The organization works with a global network of vendors that supply human-annotated data supporting Artificial Intelligence research and product development.
- We are looking for a highly organized sourcing and program professional to support vendor onboarding and contracting execution.
- You will serve as the connective link between sourcing managers, business partners, and vendors, moving each engagement from vendor selection through contract execution and launch of the program.
- You will also support ongoing supplier management, compliance, and operational activities once the program is live.

Minimum Qualifications:- Demonstrated success negotiating complex contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills across multiple factors beyond rates, including volume discounts, quality thresholds, speed to quality, and service levels.
- Program management experience working with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party partners.
- Highly organized and structured thinker with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and executive-ready summaries.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience sourcing data annotation services for Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Large Language Model development.
- Experience managing high-volume data annotation sourcing programs.
- Experience working with Business Process Outsourcing providers, crowdsourcing and freelance platforms, and specialized data vendors.
- Experience analyzing vendor cost models and understanding key drivers of Return on Investment.
Day to Day Responsibilities:- Drive new annotation vendors through the end-to-end onboarding process, including intake, reviews, contracting, systems and payment setup, and program kickoff.
- Support contracting and commercial workstreams by preparing documents, tracking rate cards and contractual terms, and managing amendments and renewals in partnership with Legal and Finance.
- Manage multiple vendor onboarding processes in parallel, unblock stalled approvals, and maintain clear and accurate status reporting.
- Partner with sourcing managers on vendor performance, governance, and business reviews.
- Consolidate and synthesize vendor and program information into clear, concise, and executive-ready summaries.
Location: Farley, NY [3 Days onsite]
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $158,000 - $208,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
