  • Lead technical readiness for cycle open, close, and hypercare, partnering with Total Rewards, People Operations, and Finance to keep compensation data accurate and cycles on schedule.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday compensation touchpoints with Talent, Performance, and Reporting, troubleshooting complex configuration and integration issues as they arise.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, identifying opportunities to reduce manual, error-prone processes.
  • Support data integrity and compliance across the compensation architecture through regular audits, testing, and documentation.
We're excited about you because...
  • You have 5-7 years of work experience in HRIS implementation and configuration, with deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and its integration points across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Reporting.
  • You have experience owning compensation cycle execution (such as merit, bonus, or equity) for a global organization, including data loads, comp statements, and range or benchmarking data management.
  • You have a BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience.
  • You are a self-motivated, analytical problem solver who is comfortable working through complex, ambiguous problems and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering directly with senior stakeholders across global business units.
