CGI Montréal is seeking a Solutions Architect to support our clients in digital transformation, service modernization, and business process automation initiatives related to the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, evolution, and governance of ServiceNow solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives, technology standards, and industry best practices. Within project environments, you will serve as a technical and strategic advisor to both client teams and delivery teams. If you enjoy guiding stakeholders in defining target-state visions, developing roadmaps, designing architectures, and integrating the ServiceNow platform within broader technology ecosystems, CGI offers you an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the success of our clients.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days/ week onsite
Location: Drummondville

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients in defining and evolving their ServiceNow platform
• Guide delivery teams in applying ServiceNow best practices
• Participate in pre-sales, assessment, and digital transformation activities
• Develop ServiceNow platform roadmaps and evolution plans
• Facilitate architecture and discovery workshops with clients
• Assess integration requirements with enterprise systems
• Define governance, security, and compliance models
• Design data models, CMDB, and CSDM frameworks
• Support teams in implementing Out-of-the-Box (OOB) best practices
• Conduct solution design and architecture reviews
• Participate in technical risk management and solution quality assurance
• Advise clients on automation, AI, and continuous improvement opportunities
• Support deployment, transition, and operational activities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture or technical leadership guiding technical teams
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects
• Ability to work effectively in complex environments
• Strong collaborative mindset with multidisciplinary teams and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Consulting experience within digital transformation programs is considered an asset
• Knowledge of DevOps and Agile practices is considered an asset
• Experience with Generative AI and AI governance is considered an asset
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (ITSM, Discovery, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD), and/or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) will be considered a significant asset
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80 000$ et 155 000$. This position is a future opportunity
