Job Summary:

The CrowdStrike Cyber Solutions Architect (CSA) is the accountable technical sales lead, estimator, delivery lead, and delivery quality reviewer for CrowdStrike engagements across AI security, endpoint, identity, and managed security services. This role guides clients from the first technical conversation through a signed statement of work and into delivery, aligning each engagement to measurable security outcomes such as faster detection, faster response, and reduced analyst workload.

The successful CSA brings substantial experience leading sales cycles and delivery projects on the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, along with a clear passion for security innovation, AI, and client success. Through consultative communication, they translate client business needs into scoped, deliverable engagements and mentor BDO resources across CrowdStrike sales and delivery. This individual can grow platform and security skills with self-paced and formal training provided by BDO, as needed.

Job Duties:
• Executes and improves CrowdStrike platform sales motions and delivery standards
• Serves as the technical member of the pursuit team, leading solution design discussions with client stakeholders from CISO to security operations
• Creates and presents statements of work, estimated work schedules, and proposals, and prices within approved bands, escalating to practice leaders as required
• Estimates effort, staffing, and cost for CrowdStrike engagements, and validates scope against client requirements
• Mobilizes and coordinates delivery teams, overseeing statements of work execution against schedule, budget, and quality targets
• Reviews delivery quality and validates client deliverables across CrowdStrike implementations and managed services
• Coordinates delivery onboarding with delivery operations, staffing, and partnership coordinators
• Supports demand generation and go to market activities that require technical depth, including webinars and client briefings
• Travel to local client sites, as needed (10%-20%)

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Manages delivery or manages delivery leads on assigned critical CrowdStrike engagements
• Mentors BDO resources on CrowdStrike platform sales and delivery
• Provides work quality and collaboration feedback to project team members
• Act as a leader and projects a professional, positive attitude toward client and firm personnel

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:
• High school diploma or GED, required
• Bachelor's degree, preferred

Experience:
• Six (6) or more years of security implementation and consulting experience with increasing responsibility, required
• Four (4) or more years of experience leading sales cycles and delivery projects on the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, required
• Three (3) or more years of experience in endpoint, identity, and security operations, required
• Experience with AI security concepts and managed security services, required
• Two (2) or more years of experience estimating, scoping, and pricing security engagements, preferred

Software / Technology:
Two (2) or more of the following, required:
• CrowdStrike Falcon endpoint protection and Falcon Insight XDR
• CrowdStrike Falcon Identity Protection
• CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM and managed detection and response (Falcon Complete)
• CrowdStrike Charlotte AI and AI security workflows
• Security operations tooling and integration across cloud and endpoint environments

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Executive presence and ability to act as primary technical contact on assigned engagements
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Aptitude for working in a dynamic cyber consulting environment
• Ability to translate client business needs into scoped, deliverable engagements
• Strong estimation, scoping, and pricing skills within approved bands
• Strong project planning, facilitation, and documentation skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and appropriately escalate issues
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on details
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to grow platform and security skills through self-paced and formal training provided by BDO, while mentoring team members

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
