Full Job Description
As a key member of the commercial team, you will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on practitioner. You will define the customer success and partnerships framework and establish scalable processes. You will partner with the sales and functional teams to represent the voice of the customer post sales to help drive and maintain revenue. Partnering closely with product and marketing leadership, you will refine market positioning, strengthen the go-to-market strategy, and cultivate a solutions-focused, customer-centric sales culture that is tightly aligned with the company’s values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & Solution Design

  • Partner with Account Executives as a technical resource throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery through contract execution.

  • Partner with solutions architects and account executives to drive technical discovery sessions to understand prospect requirements around AML screening, transaction monitoring rules, credit decisioning policies, and integration landscape.

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations of Realta’s platform, mapping features and workflows directly to each prospect’s compliance and risk management challenges.

  • Build and manage proof-of-concept (POC) environments using prospect-specific scenarios and sample data to validate Realta’s fit.

  • Identify and proactively address technical objections, competitive gaps, and integration concerns to accelerate deal closure.

Implementation & Deployment

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, building trusted relationships with compliance officers, IT leaders, project sponsors, and executive stakeholders. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clearly defined milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate internal resources across Product, Engineering, AI/Analytics, and Sales to ensure on-time delivery and a seamless client experience.

  • Lead the technical implementation of Realta’s AML, Transaction Risk, and Credit Risk/Onboarding products for new clients, managing configuration, data onboarding, and integration activities to include rule and threshold configuration.

  • Design and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, manage defect triage, and ensure production readiness before go-live.

  • Deliver hands-on training sessions for client teams on platform functionality, administrative tooling, and compliance workflow best practices.

  • Create and maintain implementation playbooks, templates, and documentation to scale and standardize delivery processes as Realta grows.

Ongoing Technical Advisory & Feedback

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients during the initial post-go-live period, supporting optimization of rules, thresholds, and workflows based on early production data. • Execute a structured handoff to Customer Success once the client has reached steady-state operations, including comprehensive documentation of configuration decisions and integration architecture.

  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on field experience, prospect requirements, and implementation patterns to influence roadmap priorities.

  • Contribute to the development of reusable implementation playbooks, integration templates, demo scripts, and technical enablement materials.

  • Escalate complex architectural challenges to the Technical Solutions Architect for guidance on enterprise-scale integration design and custom solution scoping.

  • Stay current on AML/KYC regulations, transaction monitoring methodologies, credit risk frameworks, and the competitive RegTech landscape.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (required):

Required

  • Working knowledge of AML/KYC regulations, transaction monitoring, credit risk assessment, or broader financial compliance frameworks.

  • Comfort working with SQL for data analysis, configuration validation, and troubleshooting. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements at different lifecycle stages simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage compliance officers, IT architects, and executive stakeholders with equal confidence.

  • Self-directed and adaptable, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift between sales support and delivery.
