PeopleTec is currently seeking a Software Lead (HLA Gateway & DevSecOps) to support our Huntsville, AL location.
PeopleTec is seeking a Software Lead in Huntsville, AL, to lead software integration and delivery for an on-premise AI system supporting the H-1 flight simulator. You will build and maintain the interface between the AI system and the simulator, establish reliable software development and deployment practices, and work with the engineering team to integrate, test, and release software. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Duties:
Develop and maintain the HLA gateway and the software interfaces that connect the AI system to the flight simulator.
Define and maintain interface documentation and ensure the integration follows approved standards and system boundaries.
Build and maintain software development, continuous integration, and deployment processes for reliable, repeatable releases.
Implement system logging, telemetry, and observability needed to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and support after-action review.
Manage software, model, and configuration versions through development, testing, and release.
Perform off-site and on-site integration testing, resolve integration problems, and support demonstrations and transition activities.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
