Develop, package, and maintain software bridges that translate, route, and synchronize data among federated systems.
Work with the systems engineering team to translate SE artifacts and SysML diagrams into running applications.
Build and refine protocol adapters supporting C++, Python, DDS, ZeroMQ, gRPC, and related real-time communication frameworks.
Investigate and implement network throttling and shaping interfaces, including TAP/TUN virtual devices, tc/NetEm queuing disciplines, and SDN-based routing constructs.
Integrate middleware modules with virtualized DE Environment components, including virtual EUDs, ATAK-based applications, UAS controllers, and tactical routers.
Ensure low-latency, high-throughput message brokering across simulation environments while maintaining reliability and compliance with interface standards.
Develop automated tests and CI pipelines to validate performance, protocol compliance, and interoperability across OneSAF, DE, and CJSIL interfaces.
Troubleshoot distributed simulation behaviors and resolve complex issues involving middleware logic, network emulation, and real-time data serialization.
Collaborate with Government engineering teams to refine interface definitions, coordinate integration timelines, and support multi-lab test events.
