10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 15 years of experience with IAT II certification
Proficient in Linux distributions (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky, SLES, Ubuntu)
Strong programming skills in Python, C, and BASH
Experience with Thruk dashboards and Nagios plugins
Knowledge of Salt and Ansible for automation
Familiarity with Gitbucket, Jira, Confluence, and Slurm
Responsibilities
Perform system administration tasks to familiarize with existing systems
Develop and maintain Thruk dashboards and manage Nagios plugin feeds

Required Skills: • Strictly Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky, SLES, Ubuntu [new]) • Expect potential for up to 50% of the day feeling system administration task focused out of the gate to learn the systems • Python, C, BASH • Thruk dashboards fed by Nagios plugins. Also manage feeds to corporate Splunk dashboards • Salt and Ansible for automation • Prometheus for metrics - moving toward additional customized Grafana dashboards • Gitbucket • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slurm
