SOFTWARE INTEGRATION ENGINEER
The Software Integration Engineer plays a critical role in delivering fast, reliable, and secure software deployments across a wide range of high-performance computing environments. In this position, the Software Integration Engineer is responsible for orchestrating and managing complex configuration changes and software updates across production systems, ensuring every phase of the delivery lifecycle adheres to the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance.
Additionally, the Software Integration Engineer serves as the Tier 3 technical escalation lead, collaborating closely with Operations & Maintenance teams to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues. This includes conducting in-depth root cause analysis and developing automated remediation strategies that improve system stability, prevent recurrence, and enhance long-term operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Security clearance required: Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
• Experience: 8+ years of related experience
• Position Required Skills:
• Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux Tools
• Experience with IaC principles and automation tools using Ansible
• Experience developing with Python to develop custom Ansible modules
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, containerd, Podman
• Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy containerized services in a Kubernetes environment
• Experience with DevOps/GitOps principles, concepts, and best practices creating release candidates for deployment, maintaining, and troubleshooting pipelines
• Working knowledge of Git, including branching strategies and tagging
• Experience developing comprehensive, high-quality technical documentation for new products and modifications such as installation guides, troubleshooting run books, and architectural diagrams
• Position Desired Skills:
• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
• Familiar with Datacenter Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools such as Netbox
The likely salary range for this position is $176,800 - $239,200. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
