About the jobWe're Looking for an Software Engineering Lead, Web Development PracticeAs a Software Engineering Lead for InRhythm's Web Development Practice, you will be responsible for leading client projects as well as developing and managing our Web development practice. It's a leadership role, which will be extremely customer-focused, doing assessments and solution architecture, growing InRhythm's consulting business. You will build a strong community of thought-leaders who are keen on helping our customers with building world-class web applications.

At InRhythm, You Will- Lead technical teams on client engagements
- Lead and mentor the Web Development Practice
- Architect solutions based on clients' need and business challenges
- Provide technical guidance to team members enabling their career growth and professional development in InRhythm.
- Conduct technology sessions covering a broad spectrum of topics aligned to InRhythm's solutions and offerings
- Implement Web Development Practice Vision and Goals.
What You Bring to the Table- 7+ Years of application development and platform modernization experience, including web applications development using JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, SASS, REST, Git, CI/CD practices and Testing (including complex unit tests and integration tests)
- 3+ Years of consulting experience working closely with enterprise clients in their digital transformation journeys.
- 2+ Years of experience leading development teams
- Experience of leading/co-ordinating offshore teams in India.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Browser performance, being able to pick up new technologies, and capable of doing high level Systems Design
- Knowledge of GraphQL, Websockets and server-side rendering
- Experience with building reusable component libraries for large enterprises
- Experience with Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Leading in Discovery exercises virtually or at customer sites, leading solution architecture discussions
- Expert in creating detailed solution descriptions and architecture diagrams for presentations, proposals and implementation plans.
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy solutions to Modern Web technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Location: New York, NY (hybrid), Possible travel to India and UK
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on level and position offered.
