We are seeking a strategic, transformational technology leader to serve as Vice President, Securities Valuations Application Development and Maintenance.
This leader will be responsible for helping us modernize our technology stack for our global Securities Valuation Application, delivering mission-critical systems that support daily and periodic pricing, valuation models and net asset value (NAV) calculations for portfolios.
The successful candidate will lead a team of developers and testers and oversee technology execution, engineering, delivery and modernization. They will drive innovation through cloud-native architectures, data and AI capabilities, automation, and modern engineering practices, while ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client outcomes.
This application manager will partner closely with business, product, operations, risk, and enterprise technology leaders to accelerate growth, modernization, improve scalability and productivity, and enhance the overall client experience.

Securities Valuation Leadership
34 Execute the technology strategy and roadmap for Securities Valuation aligned to business priorities, client needs, and enterprise objectives.
34 Lead the engineering, delivery and modernization of our securities valuation platform supporting fund accounting, financial reporting, insurance accounting, NAV production, and related services.
34 Drive application architecture, platform simplification, cloud adoption, and technology lifecycle management across the portfolio.
34 Ensure delivery excellence through highly resilient, scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions.
34 Accountable for platform stability, operational resiliency, service quality, regulatory adherence, and achievement of business and client outcomes.
34 Partner closely with Product, Risk, and Client-facing teams to enhance capabilities, enable new products, support client growth, and improve competitive differentiation.
34 Establish engineering standards, DevOps practices, automation frameworks, and continuous improvement disciplines that accelerate delivery and improve productivity.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
34 Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
34 15+ years of technology leadership experience, including significant experience within financial services.
34 Proven track record leading global teams and delivering application solutions for our business partners.
34 Experience operating effectively and managing across multiple geographies.
Additional Requirements
34 Experience with Microsoft Azure.
34 Experience with the C programming language and Java.
34 Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
34 Willingness to engage across multiple regions and time zones.
Work Requirement
34 Hybrid with minimum 4 days in office
34 8:00 AM to 5 PM
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $217,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
