This is a MID-SENIOR CAREER (level 4) ROLE where candidates typically require 5+ years of professional experience.
Basic Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in leading cross functional teams to complete large projects. Could be managing projects/deliverables or managing teams.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management Accounting.
- Deep financial acumen and the proven ability to use data to tell a story.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver results in fast-paced and high-pressure environments, with a strong track record of achieving goals and meeting deadlines in dynamic and rapidly changing situations.
- Technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to act as a change agent - e.g., galvanizing teams around new process, systems, etc.
- No clearance required prior to start however must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI security clearance.
Desired Skills- Experience in the aerospace industry. Bonus if experience is with telemetry, digital signal processing, orbital analysis or mission processing.
- Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Experience in building and leading high performing teams. Experience with expanding teams by hiring the right talent to support multiple programs.
- Experience using AI to gain efficiency in completing work.
- Experience in fields tangential to Software Engineering - e.g. - DevSecOps, Hardware Engineering, Cyber Security.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
