Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Penetration Tester / Offensive Security Engineer to conduct hands-on security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, evaluate enterprise architectures, and develop actionable risk and threat mitigation strategies. This role requires deep technical expertise in penetration testing, adversarial tactics, system exploitation, network security analysis, and enterprise infrastructure

What will you do?

  • Plan and execute penetration tests and hands-on security assessments across enterprise IT environments.
  • Apply adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures to identify vulnerabilities and evaluate security controls.
  • Use computer attack methods and system exploitation techniques to assess the security posture of systems and networks.
  • Identify, validate, and document technical vulnerabilities and potential attack paths.
  • Conduct network security analysis and assess complex network architectures for vulnerabilities and security weaknesses.
  • Use network management and security analysis tools to evaluate network configurations, traffic, and system behavior.
  • Assess the security of Linux, Windows, virtualized platforms, enterprise systems, and hypervisor environments.
  • Review system configurations, development approaches, and technical designs to identify security risks.
  • Design, test, and evaluate IT security architectures.
  • Assess complex Windows installations and enterprise infrastructure for security vulnerabilities and configuration weaknesses.
  • Analyze penetration testing and security assessment results to determine potential business and mission impact.
  • Develop risk management methodologies and frameworks to evaluate technical security findings.
  • Create actionable risk and threat mitigation plans based on identified vulnerabilities and test results.
  • Document technical findings, attack paths, risks, and recommended remediation activities.
