General Work Requirements and Environment
The Contractor team shall comply with the Sponsor's Lean Agile methodology. The Contractor team shall participate in all Lean Agile scrums, sprints and grooming sessions. The Contractor team shall manage the progress of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product integration and development efforts. The Contractor team shall ensure tasks are completed on schedule. The Contractor team shall consult and coordinate appropriately for problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, and task clarification. The Contractor team shall will work in partnership with an integrated team of staff and contractors. The Contractor team shall understand the Sponsor's target environment, such as AWS or Azure cloud. The Contractor team shall coordinate and collaborate with security, operations, testing and other teams to provide system information and technical support. The Contractor team shall create, manage and update Jira tickets. The Contractor team shall design, develop and modify software systems. The Contractor team shall unit test their software and perform code reviews.

Required Technologies/Tools

• Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following: Computer networking in Windows AND Linux, Cloud provider provisioning/procurement, Use of common online services in a persona-specific environment, Website configuration, Web-page Building.
• Demonstrated experience with basic software development.
• Demonstrated experience building tech-ops plans using available tools/techniques.
• Demonstrated experience understanding requirements and selecting appropriate technical capabilities to satisfy them.
• Demonstrated experience in misattrib procurement including payments
• Demonstrated experience in persona identity handling
• Demonstrated experience in operational tradecraft (OpSec compliance)
• Demonstrated experience with VPNs and Proxies (e.g. Residential, Mobile)
• Demonstrated experience working with mobile SIMs and eSIMs
• Demonstrated experience with incidence tracking tool including JIRA
• Demonstrated experience communicating effectively (written and oral).
• Desired Technologies/Tools
• Demonstrated experience with customer space, CONUS and OCONUS, and how it differs from other cyber activities
• Demonstrated experience with surveillance detection route
• Demonstrated experience managing and troubleshooting social media accounts and other internet capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience collecting data from social media accounts and other internet-based platforms.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
1. Demonstrated experience working in an Agile Development environment.
2. Demonstrated experience developing detailed design and associated deliverables.
3. Demonstrated experience translating customer and system requirements into design.
4. Demonstrated experience designing interfaces or processes using programming language Python.
5. Demonstrated experience with designing and developing services using Lambda, SQS and other cloud offerings within AWS.
6. Demonstrated hands-on experience developing Applications using React, Spring-boot, Spark and Java.
7. Demonstrated hands-on experience developing web services using Java 8+ and Javascript.
8. Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/AZURE to include automated setting up of infrastructure such as instances.
9. Demonstrated understanding of data collections and storage tools such as Databricks and AWS S3.
10. Demonstrated experience with correlation algorithms from Novetta Entity Analytics.
11. Demonstrated hands-on experience working with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Nexus.

Desired Optional Requirements
1. Demonstrated recent experience with the Sponsor's Lean Agile methodology.
2. Demonstrated recent experience with the Sponsor's analytic tool to ingest, correlate, build and disburse products to other applications.
3. Demonstrated recent experience with Sponsor's correlation service.
