Our partner is hiring backend Software Engineers to build the core of an AI system that processes insurance claims end to end. The stack is Python-heavy and deeply agentic, and the mandate is to hire engineers who can do the work without AI and then hand them AI to move faster. You will own hard problems end to end, ship quickly, and operate with unusual autonomy on a team that runs an honest, high-feedback culture. Responsibilities
