ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED
We have an immediate need for a versatile Software Engineer to support the development, sustainment, and troubleshooting of the software suite of applications, including DINO and evolving future capabilities as mission needs expand. In this role, you will lead hands-on software development, implementation, testing, and system integration across COTS, GOTS, and FOSS products, packages, and libraries.
The annual base salary range for this role is $199,000-$235,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
Required Skills
Software Development: Recent, hands-on software development experience with Python 3.x.
Modern Language Aptitude: Practical experience with Rust programming concepts (or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn Rust).
Containerization & Orchestration: Proven experience with containerization tools (Docker, containerd) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
Helm Packaging: Experience creating and maintaining Helm Charts to deploy microservices on Kubernetes.
Databases & Messaging: Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and familiarity with messaging frameworks (e.g., RabbitMQ).
Linux & Automation: Strong command of the Linux CLI/tools and proficiency in writing Bash scripts to automate manual tasks.
CI/CD & IaC Familiarity: Familiarity with CI/CD principles (GitLab CI) and Infrastructure as Code methodologies (Ansible).
Version Control: Proficiency with Git source control workflows.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Finance/Economics, or a related discipline, PLUS 7+ years of specialized data analytics or financial intelligence experience OR Master's Degree in a related field, PLUS 5+ years of specialized analytical experience OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 9+ years of hands-on intelligence analysis, financial tracking, and data discovery experience in lieu of a degree.
Desired Skills
Relational Databases: Experience with SQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
Agile Tooling: Hands-on experience using the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence) for team collaboration and workflow management.
