Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on software development to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications supporting complex technical and mission requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Translate technical requirements into effective software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Perform software testing, debugging, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in software design, code reviews, and development activities.
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, analysts, and other technical teams.
- Support software integration, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
- Experience with software development methodologies, testing, debugging, and integration.
- Strong understanding of software design and development best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative technical team.
